Every Kreative Fruitz order begins with a Fruity Consultation.
Because fruit preferences, allergies, dietary considerations, serving needs and event visions are different for every client, our custom orders are not one-size-fits-all.
During your consultation, we'll discuss your:

After your consultation, we'll recommend the best Fruity Experience for your needs and provide your customized quote.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and begin preparation for custom orders and experiences.
Final payment is due 72 hours prior to your scheduled order, delivery or event, unless otherwise stated in your agreement or invoice.
Orders and events requested within 72 hours may be subject to a $75 rush fee and are accepted based on availability.
Delivery, setup and travel fees are determined by location and service requirements. Travel outside the Milwaukee area will be quoted during your consultation.
Large events, custom installations and specialty experiences may require additional planning time. Early booking is strongly encouraged.
Your date is not reserved until the required retainer has been received.
Changes to guest count, design, fruit selections, location or service requirements may affect final pricing.
Custom orders and experiences are prepared specifically for each client; retainers are non-refundable.
